for the money its a good speaker, but if you have more to spend look elswhere, the sound is good, but not real powerful
They sound good, Considering what they cost. I would recommend these sub's to anyone. They are inexpensive and put out the same or maybe deeper bass than most subs do. The RMS power these subs put out is just remarkable. I plan on replacing my old tweeters with pioneer highs. They just sound great.
I had a pair of Rockford Fosgate H2 12's and they didn't sound very good. I bought these and the Rockfords failed to compare in terms of cost and sound. I shattered my sunroof the day after I bought these subs and had to replace it with a plexiglass one. I would recommend these subs to anyone
These hit hard with just 400watts goin to them, half of the subs max wattage
I have three of these in a sealed box w/ a JL 500/1... they just slam. no these are not the best subs in the world but i would honestly say BEST value in the world.
i JUST HAVE A 700W mono Alpine and a 1.2 cap pushing 2 12's, and it hits hard! It also sounds clean, probably plays the lowest of most subs
I am very impressed with these speakers. I never imagined that Pioneer Subs would hit as hard as these do. They are worth every penny. Who cares about how fancy the frame is, these subs flat out pound!
before this i was using kicker woofer but this is best woofer in this price range infact this is best subwoofer of pioneer
top subby, got 2 of these in orginal box, ampt up 2 a 760w alpine v12 mono block they absolutely blitz!!!!

I have one of these groundpounders in the back of my truck and the day after I got it installed the glass part of the passenger side mirror fell off. These subs hit incredibly hard even with my 600w amp. great quality, DEEP bass, recommend for anyone
I got 2 pioneer subs hook up to an 800 watt amp and they hit as hard as my friends alpines does
for a first major stereo install i found these subs mated up to a pioneer deh5700 headunit and rockford p4004 amp and rockford fanatic 200w 6" splits . for value for money i can afford to replace my hatch glass with plexiglass cause the old one exploded on our first run at 3/4 volume great buy for first stereo
