Good sound quality for your money.
Clear low and high frequencies with little or no filter tampering.
Recommended.

Its a good speaker overall. I am running it without an amp right now. It is nice and loud, my only complaint is that it tries too much to act like a subwoofer at high volumes, so you need to turn your bass down. I have a subwoofer also and sometimes you can just pick the 6x9 out and it can be quite annoying.

I had these in the back of my 95 eclipse GSX. It was the only speaker replacement I had in the car, and man did they ever sound great. These things can put out great bass, and are very clear even at high volumes. Pioneer has a underestimated reputation. They make great products at affordable prices, and I highly reccommend these speakers for the price.

I bought these speakers remembering when i had pioneer when i was a kid. I made the right decision..They rock.. great bass..these are the best speakers i have ever bought.They are crystal clear. I will buy another set of 5 inch for the front. I rate these as a 10
