Loud as hell!!! I have 2 of these in a 06 impala in a sealed box with a mmats 2000.2. I hit 148Db in a sealed box! Should've bought the sledgehammer box with it but due to special circumstances, I couldn't. Cant wait until this summer when I redesign my trunk including a vented box. Also recommend a epic 160 with these subs to hit bass notes so low and loud it shakes everything in your car.
I GOT 3 OF THESE WIRED TO A ROCKFORD 40001BD IN A 13 CUBIC FT VENTED BOX AND I MAKE MY FRIEND PUT HIS HEAD OUT THE WINDOW FOR AIR I HAVE FEEL IN LOVE WITH THESE I REC PUTTIN 1300 TO 1500 TO EACH SPEAKER AND PISS BEFORE PLAYING.
i had two of these in my boot and had it at 1500watt and my mate in the back seat felt sick.... best subs for the job
i just bought one of these and i have to say it pounds the low low bass notes everyone is looking for in there subwoofers.. IF that is what you're actually wanting out of it. some advise when cranking it..haave the windows rolled all the way down for more bass and also to keep them apart of your car. this woofer is by far the most amazing one iv ever owed. if you want serious bass here's your new toy.
Got arrested for disturbing the piece with 2 MTX T9515 subwoofers in a sealed Box and a MTX 1501D Amp and a 5 farad cap..fined $300 officer said he heard me coming for 4 city blocks and hunted for me
i just bought one of these as well as a 2400 watt class D pioneer premier amp and it made the roof in my ion flex as well as my windshield. great sub for the money i can tell you now you wont be let down by its outcome. MTX all the way
