I would recommend this amp for anyone who really isnt expecting to pound some hard bass but find out you're bumping. In my trunk i'm carrying two Dual 12's and it makes them sound like a million bucks-very good for the money and the looks.
This is a moderate amplifier though EXTREMELY dependable. Rock solid low level wattage, great for a beginner system or even for a pair of 6-1/2" or 6x9's!!!!!
I would definitely reccommend this to someone who wants to start with a small sub or power some speakers. Excellent quality and the lights are a nice touch. The small size makes it perfect for a beginner.
this is a great amp for a pair of 6x9's, brought my Polk Db690s to life with amazing highs and impressive bass response. definitely a great amp for the money.
This is a good amp for door speakers or 6x9 or similar speakers. The amp will power subs but your not going to get extreme bass from it. The amp is a clean sounding amp and is recomended for an inexpensive upgrade.
Let me just say this is a great amp for my Alpine 69C2's. I recently purchased one of these for my buget system and have had it for just under a month. I bought it for a just few reasons, but now I have more. First off, I have it mounted upside down to my rear deck between the speakers and since it gets hot in my car(It's dark red and no A/C)it needed a fan. Second, it's a trusted brand. Third, it's kinda small. At first, I thought that the lights where a pointless addition, but I like it, unfortunatly you don't see it unless my back seat is down. The chrome finish is attractive, but hard as hell to keep clean. I like how it has a sub sonic filter, but unless you are using it to power a sub it isn't needed. I guess my only complaint is the bass boost, since I have to buy the remote to dial if I want to boost it just right, my 6x9's start to distort at high volumes with it on. Guess I need subs now. Overall great value, I just hope it lasts a few years.
This is an AWESOME amp! I would highly recommend it to anybody. I have two of them, each pushing 10" Audiobahn subs, and it sounds amazing. It's all the power you ever need. It's supposedly a 400-watt amp, but sounds like 1000! Best amp I ever had, you can power anything with it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
