I'm running a single 12" rwe 304 in a 1.1cu ft, netting 1cu ft after sub displacement.  This enclosure is slightly bigger than MB quart recommends (which is like .95 or 1cu ft).  After lightly adding polyfill to the box and allowing the sub to break in I wasn't impressed.  The sub seemed to struggle when pushing lows.  Just today I took the sub out and totally over-stuffed my enclosure with polyfill and it definitely made a noticeable difference.  It still isn't handling the lows like I had hoped, still a tad too boomy.  I'm debating on upgrading to a 1.5cu ft box.  I can tell this sub has potential but I would recommend a box no smaller than 1.25cu ft at least for a 12".  Oh, it's being powered by an alpine mrp-m500, DVC's are wired paralell and I've got the gain to about 75%, so it's getting plenty of power.  I may stuff it with more polyfill and call it a day.  I've addeded 3/4's of a 20oz bag of fill to it, might just go ahead and dump the rest in.  I figure it's worth a try since hey, it's free.

I have two of these in a ground shaker ported box also from this site and all i can say is WOW!! I sold my two kicker L5's because the box was huge and i wanted a smaller stup and i was mad because i love how loud they were but these are exactly the same if not better in loudness i have them hooked up to a 1000.1 kicker amp gain at maybe 15% i just tested them out for about 5 seconds and they sound amazing...
