I'm not overly impressed with my solobarics. They aren't much louder or deeper than the CVR's I traded in for them. Now the CVR's are great little subs for the money. I've got two L7's in my Mach 1 running at about 350 watts a sub in a sealed box right now. I'm having a ported box built and getting a 1600 watt amp, so just maybe I'll be all tingly about them here soon. I'll update if I am... Maybe it's just because I'm used to having three 12 W6's made in heaven and shipped here to us on planet Earth!
I just bought 2 10" L7's 2ohm and love them. I too have had the CVR's and I on the other hand am very pleased with the upgrade. I power mine with a 500/1 JL Audio amp in an F150 extended cab and they THUMP!! Strongly recommend them.
I Have heard kickers demo truck with these subs loaded in it about 10 12's i believe it was. but i have also heard these in cars of people i know and my first reaction was damn these things are loud. but for sq they are a subwoofer where you will want to keep away from. so if you are a SQ guy like me keep away! but if you love bass. BUY!!!!

i have always been a kicker fan These things Pound and pound hard but they always seem to break the leads off then rip the spider. I've got 2 10"s in a .88 sealed obcon box and I've reached up to 146 SPL. I like em but tired of replacing them ,Now serving sub #14 thats the last solo i replace
I have two L7 10s in my 2006 G6 and they sound great. They are being ran by a DEI 1200D.
I have two of these bad boys being run by a MTX 7801 1200 watt amp and all I can say is thump! These things are very impressive for 10's just make sure you get a ported box. They scream sexy and sound good too, I love the bass!
