very easy to blow tweeters woofers sound awsome and have great mid bass
very good, clean sounding components.
if u set them up right it sounds like a moving concert.
high volume?... it ain't matters with the correct deck. If u like the best in life, these speakers are a must have product.
The Options of tweeter mounts are almost endless. The Clarity, the rich sounding nature, and the midrange are just soooo nice. Nothing is UNDER DONE on these. They are VERY nice. I'm modifying my vehicle to hold another set.
These speakers are awesome. Loud, clear and very adaptable to any installation. I'm running two sets along with a set of 5.25" and 6x9" punch components in an xB. Talk about loud and clear.
these speakers are good but i dont understand why the p series gets 4 tweeters per set while the higher end t series components only comew wit 2 go on ebay and get them for 80 bucks shipped
I have these hooked up to a 400 watt rms 4 ch amp and they sound amazing. I was listening to 5fdp's live tracks and ended up frying both crossovers. The crossover has a halogen bulb which lights up the RF logo on the top. I called up Fosgate and they were very helpful and nice. They said that the halogen bulb is used to "soak" up some of the enegergy so it doesnt distort or blow the speakers. They advised me to turn down the gain on the amp and kindly sent me out a new pair of crossovers. So turn your head unit all the way up and adjust the amp so the RF logo isn't always lit up. Overall these speakers are amazing, every live track i listen to sounds like i'm in the front row, people on the freeway roll their windows up.
