Great value for the money. I have one 10" and it does wonders. Just make sure you have a good enclosure for this sub - a nice ported box will make this sound like a 12" (or two 10's). Also, I have a red car, and it matches my paint job nicely :)
i had one of these in my F-150 ext cab. speaker was in a sealed box with a 500 watt mono bazooka amp turned half on every thing and it was insane. my favorite speaker i ve had too bad it was stolen
Best Sub ever. I have 2 of these subs on my Chevrolet Corsa and these subs pound like no other you can hear them from a block away and they pound and pound. Sound Quality is a concern because they tend to distort when they get hot but who needs SQ when you listen Reggeaton and Rap all day long
Bought 2 10”’s at my buddy’s audio shop. This speaker sounds better then my 15’s. I have had systems for years now, being 33yrs. This speaker, for the price, kicked the butt of 15" Audiobahn’s, and several other high end speakers he had for very much more money! I have 2 in the back of my 87 Monte SS. Looking for a higher end amp now though. My amp just doesn't do these speakers justice! (650watt) they sound great, but I know how much better they could sound! Save your money and Buy these, even though they are Sony!! You will be surprised, I surely was!
I have two of these in my mazda extended cab truck powered by the sony 1220 watt amp, and the first day it rattled some screws loose... these hit hard and clear, sometimes i cant see out of my mirrors. when you drive by peoples heads turn and ive gotten so many complements on how bad-a these subs are... exxxcelent
