this amp has alot of power, and for only $150, you can't beat that deal. right now, i have it pushing 2 800w 12s, but i am in the process of getting another one and a pair of lanzar 2000w 12s that will probably blow up my little mazda pick up. as far as needing power, i have this amp hooked up to a stock battery. when turned on, no lights dim, and all of my other auxillary lighting still operates fully and brightly. if you want an amp with alot of power, which doesn't cost alot, this is one bad @$$ amp that is worth every penny of it!
This amp offers a lot of power. I have two subs that run on 700 watts rms and this amp pushes them to their limits. I really like the electronic crossover system, and the bass-boost remote that comes with it is quite handy. This is by far the most powerfull am you can get for your money.
Man this amp is HOT! I have 2 Alpine SWR-1042D's powered by this amp. Thanks to this amp my system krams.
I don't want to mislead anyone, but this amp is definately not what I expected. It's marked at 1000 watts RMS and I am running two 12's of only 400 watts RMS a piece, and the amp just isn't doing the job. I know what my woofers can do, and this amp is not maxing them out. Don't get me wrong, they still hit, just not as good as they could. But for $150.00 what can you expect. As far as I'm concerned, this amp was not worth it.
This amp does the job it hits clean and hard. The 4,000 watt lanzar is bomb though.This is good for me Just for daily use
i bought this for my son for x-mas and when we got the chance to fire it up it started smoking again the wiring was gone through and found no problems,it was replaced with another brand and it is working fine. this was the second lanzar product in a week period that was bad form the box. watch out with this brand there have been a lot of fualty products with this name.
I have 2 of these pushing 4 Audiobahn AWC12T. They are wired straight to the battery with 0/4 cable. They smash like crazy! The price is crazy! The look is crazy! You would have to BE crazy not to get these.
This is a decent amp but when I recieved it and hooked it up one of the channels didn't even work. It says its a 2000 watt amp but I've had less do more.
