I have this amp powering 1 - 12'' Apline S series and one pair of 6'' Phoinex Gold Component system Highs. Sounds Good for the price.
I purchased this Amp. because the 125.4 was out of stock at the time. This is a fantastic amp, it has so many features that you would find on a much more expensive Amp.. The crossovers are very adjustable, the output is very clean, undestorted, and powerful. I have this amp. pushing two MA Audio 6x9s and Audiobahn components up front. Runs cool hour after hour even in the summer. After purchasing this Crunch Powerzone, I was surprised to read in the owners mannual that it is made by The same Co. that makes MB Qaurts. That may explain the good quality. I thought 175x4 RMS may be too much for my application, but this amp. has been very reliable and clean to my 6x9s and 6.5 Components. It has not clipped once and there is absolutely no distortion! I would highly recommend this amp. in terms of quality and features it is very simmilar to the big boy brands at a fraction of the cost. This Crunch Amp. has no down side, but it is fairly large. Its height is thin, but its width from side to side is wider than it looks in the picture. All that said, this Fella is a shocking value.
I got two of these amps because i got a tip about these amps being a bargain at this price. These amps are amazing, i have 1 running my two 6.5 sets of infinity components (6010cs) and the other is running 4 8" MBquart voice speakers and they sound golden. You'd be spending 3 times the cost of this amp if you go for a big name brand. get these, there really good...
I got this amp about 1 month ago. Little bit larger than expected, but definatly improves quality to my alpine type-s 6.5" and 6x9's. Never overheated yet under my seat. Does get warm but i just turn on the A/C to blow and my feet and it cools the amp. I can turn my sub off and still get the roof to shake just with the speakers. Great amp, good power, and blue crunch logo looks kinda cool in the dark.
I Just bought this amp today and i have it pushing 4 10" ev's and it sounds awesome, the only downside is When it said it had oversize speaker terminals i thought they would be bigger, they are alot smaller than the ones on my last amp, it was very hard to fit 2 gauge wire into these terminals. Overall a good buy..
I have this amp bridged at 4 ohms and it sounds great. My speakers are being pushed to the klimit but is not putting out any distortion. The only bad thing about this amp is that when its bridged ive read many places that it only puts out 350w and not 500w like alot of the stores say.
I bought this amp not wanting to spend big money for a highs amp. I have this amp pusing my Orion highs and and all I can say is this amp is worth more than $109. its not even a quarter of the was up and my doors are screamin. HELL!!! OF A AMP AND DEAL!!!
I had this amp for about 2 years and its still working like a charm. I have it hooked up to my front stock 5 1/2 speakers and tweeters, two 6x9 speakers in seperate boxes in back and two pioneer 12" subs. sounds really loud. HIghly recommend this brand to anyone looking for nice quality power.
