I recently purchased a jensen cd player. It had excellent features, but it blew from to much power. The alternator blew it. So I sent it back and got this one for only $155.00 from my online catalog store. This head unit is better than my clarion DB135, which was my first head unit. Only thing I would say that would make it a perfect 10, It would need to have motorized flip down capability and digital graphics. Like my Jensen had. Overall this things spits out real nice clean bass to my 2 "12 inch Kenwood subs.
Wow, just bought one today, insanely impressed. The menu is extremely easy to use and get used to, and the HD radio is absolutely amazing. I've never heard radio so crisp and clear. The added Subwoofer support is really nice, plan on adding a couple 10"'s in a few weeks.EXTREMELY cheap for an HD radio!
this head unit is awesome and to have an HD tuner built in for this price it is a no-brainer. my only gripe is not really this units fault but how it sits in the dash of my car (2001 dodge neon). it sits low and points straight ahead so the display is a bit saturated. it can be read but you see the elements that are not lit up behind the ones that are, if you know what i mean. still it isnt this units fault so you may not notice in your car. the only thing this is missing is usb input, plus you need all kinds of adapters to connect different things to it including a simple aux connector like a headphone jack. other than that i am really impressed with the sound quality and the HD radio is pretty cool. i recommend this to anyone looking for an hd radio and mp3/wma compatibility
This is one great head unit the HD radio is great and the EQ makes it easy to get the sound you like, thumbs up.
This unit is awsome! The Hd radio is crysal clear. I've always went with pioneer b4 but this is by far the best head unit I have ever bought.
This is a great value. The HD sounds amazing and there is a delay before it goes into digital so you can really hear the difference between HD and regular stations. I'm always surprised by the quality. The only problem is that it requires adapters to attach MP3 Players, etc. But for the price this unit is amazing.
