Wow, i didnt expect this much sound to come from an 800w max sub. I used to be an alpine guy, but when i sold those to get subs that fit under my new trucks seat and found these, that changed. I havent gotten to turn them up loud because of the break in time, but for low volumes they are way louder than the two alpine type r tens. Excellent subs
This is a great sub for the money! It is perfect for small spaces I have one in the back of a 07 F-150 lariet and I can say it is a great for the pounding. I'm running a JL 500.1 and it can take it with no problems. Buy this sub and you will be happy.
this is a great sub for the price and the size. they hit just as hard as my old type alpine type r subs. and they pick up lows great mids great and highs great. great for the price cant beat it. and these sound wayyy better than JL W1v2's i had those before these and the kickers are better...
best 10s ive ever bought i've had kicker comp 10s and jl w1v2s but the cvts had the best sound and hit harder then the others i've got two on a 700 watt interfire amp in my 4door silverado
i have 4 of these in my f-150 ex-cab being pushed by a hk2000d amp and man they pound,even compared to 2 t1 fosgate subs.shallow speaker but it gets the damn job done.[ kicker]# 1
i have three in my tacoma with a 2000 watt amp and it pounds they are a little boomy but they are well worth the money
i have not heard its full yet cause im still breaking in but the sound really good so far with my 900 rms amp online carstereo is the best got my stuff in 5 days
Replaced an Old School Orion XTR10 SVC with the Kicker CVT-10 4 ohm on Precision Power PC275(1998 model). All I can say is wow, have one in my Acura TL and it rocks out plays low and cannot seem to bottom the woofer out on 300WRMS. So far impressed.
I have been looking into a new system for my 2000 s10 standard cab and settled on one of these and i have not broken it in all of the way but i am very pleased with the sound quality and the deep bass this thing puts out so far. KICKER ALL DAY!
