| This deckis far and away better than the deck that replaced it! I have had it now for about a month and I can only say that I absolutely love it. The 4 volt pre-outs are good but could be better and the CD signal to noise ratio can be improved as well. But those are my only two complaints. The iPod function is very useful and the built-in 7 band EQ is a total plus. I have this deck running two sets of MB Quart Reference series components and two Elemental Design !0" subs and it sounds great. It is a great SQ setup as everything is crisp and clear, but the iPod sound is better than the CD. The FM tuner is great as is the multi-IP bus control from the headunit. I have a rear seat DVD player that I can control from this deck as well as a Sirius radio, both hooked up through the IP-Bus system. Which finally brngs me to the bluetooth...people can't even tell I am using it. Great, great feature! Don't get the 2008 model, you'll be wasting money. Get the 2007 model and get way more bang for the buck! | |
| This Head unit is awesome! Bluetooth works awesome I have this hooked up with a 10" pioneer shallow sub and it sounds really good! | |
| Got this head unit the other day and installed it into a chevy silverado. I have 2 10" L7 Kickers and Polk mids and highs. The set up sounds wonderful. This head unit is probably the best one I have had. The Bluetooth works exceptionally well. READ THE MANUAL. I tried to use the bluetooth before reading the manual and got very frustrated because the headunit would not connect to my phone everytime I got in the truck. After reading the manual I found out I needed to register the phone to the headunit after the initial pairing between the phone and the head unit. Now it connects perfectly everytime. Excellent little head unit. | |
