Just to put it out there, this amp can handle a 1ohm load all day every day. I use this amp for competitions believe it or not and have won some serious events. I would recomend an upgrade of a larger battery and or alt as well. this amp can produce some real power. Go sony!!! 143.4db with this amp and 2 12's 600rms each

Overall a good amp. Sound quality is good, never any distortion. Pushing two twelves that handle a total of 760 rms at wired to 2 ohms and bumps pretty hard... Amp never over extends the subs, but my lights dim pretty bad so I think its not getting enough power. Good amp, I think it would be great if I upgraded my electrical system.

This amp is just overall great. Have one hooked up in my 04 mustang to a single 4 ohm L5 Kicker and and another to a set of 2 L5 Kickers w/ final impedance of 2ohms in my 99 mustang and they both hit hard as f#@k!can be heard blocks away.
