i love this woofer its cheap but super good on lows and mids lacks highs but godd combo if your mising lows for all those hard hitting woofers who lack lows.
I have 2 of these in a ported box (soon it b 3 or 4 BUT MOSTLY 3) they hit so damn hard and they can handle any bass song i play and the price wuz good (cuz it wuz a buy one get 1 free deal)
i hope nobody accidentally buys a kicker warhorse amp to push this thing because it says it can handle 11000..
I bought one of these guys to replace a really old sony xplod and it was a good choice. I have it hooked up to a 580 watt amp in a sealed box. It kicks very well and is clearer then the sony. Although if too much power is pumped to the sub at high volume, they sound like they are rattling. Great choice and I plan on buying another along with a larger amp to support both.
I bought this sub to use in a regular cab truck it pounds but that stupid jbl plastic dust cap on the front rattles so i suggest using it for a trunk only so u dont hear that darn dust cap rattling lol
I have this in a home setup with 1cu.ft. sealed box and 400 watt amp. Sound is incredible! Very good and controlled lows. This is the sub to get!
Because it says it can handle 1100 doesent mean it can you have to look at the rms... i have four of these subs and a zx750.1 in a custom ported box built to specs and wooooooooooooooooooooow they hit HARD people know when im coming
