Smaller capacitors just don't compare to this power monster I'm running a Soundstream Rubicon 2500watt RMS amp pushing around 1700 watts RMS to 2 10" Kicker L7's wired to 2.2ohms with a stock alternator and single starting battery all with little 4 gauge wire but soon to be upgraded to 1/0 gauge or 2/0 if I can squeeze it in, pounds the crap out of my subs and the lowest the voltage drops to is 12.8v on a heavy base note while at an idle
