with this subwoofer in the back of my trunck with a singl cannel car amp 400 watts rms with a 40 hz low pass crossover to a 12'' 400 watts rms subwoofer in a singe hatch car box i out bassed three kicker comp c12's 12'' subwoofer that are a 150 watts rms each this lightning audio subwoofer reall puts the bump in the trunk trust me
i got 2 of thes lightning audio subwoofers each of them in a single sealed car box going to a 2 cannel amp 400 watts rms x 2 at 4 ohmsat 50 hz low-pass crossover i ran a measured 149 db spl sound prassure levels decibles in a spl competion i won against some idiot 15" spl subwoofer 1200 watt subwoofer going to a 1200 watt amp you know how i won?... because i put a pies of 1" thick plywood behind my back seat and i als took the tire out of my trunk and i screen down a nother piec of 1" thick plywood that just goes to show yea you can beat the competion
