A nice subwoofer, but not the best. As a matter of fact, the best sub ever made is the JL Audio W7 series subs. Those sound so much better than the kickers. I recommend the W7s to anyone

I have had many different subs in my day. I am a full time installer here at a local shop. These subs give you a lot of bass for what you pay for them. But in order for them to get their full potential you have to have the right box. If you do that then these subs can amaze anyone.

i have had alpin type r's, pioneer premiers, fosgate and jl and the kicker L7 is the best sounding speaker that i have ever heard as far as an spl sub definatly recomen it

Have 2 and they pound they hit 147 db at my last comp. they have earned me three trophy's 3 for 3. great buy.

Great sub, last year I had 1 12" L5 and it was stolen now I have two L7's and I have a 1800 watt amp coming in this week, There unbelievable, My dad has 4 12" kicker comps and they don't even compare.
