i installed into my 2007 kia sportage its the right size and with a 4 small 1/8 holes and some silcone im sold on pioneer price and quality. pioneer wont give you the 3 year if you dont use a direct dealer but install right and they should last the same 3 year no matter who installs then correct. the work wonders with pioneer deck these are over size not everybody can have the room but dont hate the bigger the better size does matter these are the largest 2ways you can buy so why not. now to replace the front Components with Pioneer Premier 6-3/4" Component Speaker System.
Not bad speakers. I have an 05 scion xB RS 2.0 with them installed in the front doors and they're running on a 5 ch Fosgate Power 1000 amp at about 80watts a piece I would guess. The quality difference was truly amazing when changin from 4's on the dash. They're much louder, clearer and fuller than what I had before and other than the price, I would recommend them to someone else that likes pioneer equipment.
Running these speakers in my 2002 Chevy Silverado as direct factory replacements in the doors. Powered with approx. 35 watts RMS. SQ is really good, probably the best 2 way non-component set I have heard. Plus they have lasted 7 years with daily use. Highly recommended.
