Product Reviews For Kicker RMB8

  • Awesome addition to my stereo setup, really brought the bass to the front of my car and added that extra kick my 5 1/4" just didn't have.

  • These things are wonderfull for what they are supposed to be for... mid-bass. Connected to my Kicker KX 300.2; they add warmth and detail to vocals more than you would imagine. Being as how my VW camper van has 200' square of interior space; they do not "bass" as much as they would in a regular car. But real bass is a separate issue. These things are wonderfull, and they fill out a sonic area better than anything else out there. I think they could actually use more amp than the KX 300.2, but then again; consider the size of my VW in that equation... And the fact that they soak up the 300.2 so well says a lot for them. Mains are JBL 432's (look at a VW camper; I am not going to rape my cabinets for speakers), and the RMB8's meld perfectly. And hey; conservative as the grills are; they look nice too. Besides, I do not need a regular Kicker grill gouging my head when I have the rear seat folded into a bed and am conducting business, yo! Good stuff.
