i dont know what happend to my deck but all of the sudden the face didnt want to work. ive had this since june 02 and it is the best i have seen in a long time but when the face goes the whole deal is just crap. the motor mechanisms work but the face wont light up and wont turn on at all. the reset button has no effect on this glitch i hope you guys do something about this at kenwood because the one year warranty is just that it seems to me that the crap hits the fan when the warranty hits.

The same thing happened to me. I thought I purchased a quality stereo, that's not right.
