  • If your just trying to make music sound better and have a little tump in the trunk then they do the job. i have 2 10's hooked to a MTX 420D amp and it hits ok. I just wish i had a little more power to give them to see them stress. Work well for the money

  • i have 2 12's with an mtx amp that under powers these by like 30 watts or so. they have very good sound quality, they make every song sound like it supposed to. they also make you feel the music, they move quite a bit of air. but if your looking for something that litterally takes you breath away or you want the people next to you feeling you bass this is not the way to go. from outside of the car you can not feel the bass what so ever

  • I have been running 2 Type E 10s in a sealed box in my SQ Camry for almost a year now, i've had them running on a Mono 500 watt RMS amp (the right power for the pair) and i have been very impressed. i've run then long and hard, and never had any problems, and the sound quality far surpasses the Kicker SoloBaric L5 of my buddy. when it comes to 10 inch woofers, this is by for the best in the price range. (BTW i have a buddy running 1 Type E 10 @ 150 watts over RMS and it loves the extra power)

  • I have had a pair of the Alpine 10's in my Fusion for about a week and I am very happy with the sound quality. They are close to the Orion's and the Pioneer Shallow Faced 10's that I listen too as well. I have several songs with some low bass notes and they come across very clean. I have a 400.1 Alpine amp pushing them and can't be happier.
