This is the best amp I have ever owned and would recommend it to anyone but the only bad thing about it is that it overheats if your cranking it for too long.
this amp is real good i have 2 audiobahn 12's on it and it bangs.but i going to up grade to 15's 2oh and bring out the beast in ORION i give this amp a big T-----E-----N
This amp is a beast. I have it pushing two kicker cvr 12's in a ported box, and the sound quality is amazing, especially for this price. DONT SLEEP ON THIS ONE!!
This amplifier is awesome, I have had an X-plod 500 watt, and a Rockford Fosgate Power 750 watt, and neither of them could touch the Orion 8002, but I will tell you, the amp that I have had that performed like this one is the 1000 watt MB Quart, which is made by Fosgate... The bass hits hard, with no mercy, but with good sound quality, I pushed 4 Kicker Competition 15's in ported boxes with this amp... and it hammered them to the max. Also, it is unbelievable, but this amp is CEA rated, and it really puts out 350 watts x 2 @ 4 ohmns stereo and 1400 watts x 2 @ 2 ohms stereo, I have never had this amp over heat on me or anything, and I would reccomend that you get ported boxes, that way you get the use out of the intelli Q subsonic filter... So dont read what it says on the specs on this website, and if I were you, I would check into it...
