Product Reviews For Kenwood KDC-MP225

I replaced my Jensen MP3510 unit that died after less than two years. Overall, I don't like the looks or the controls for this new one AT ALL. Sound quality is great except the bass isn't as "punchy" as my former (and technologically inferior) unit. However, I got this is as a Best Buy Black Friday deal for $99 installed, and I guess I can't complain. It's a Kenwood, so I would like to think that this one will last longer than two years! :) Overall, it does a lot. It was cheap. It should last a long time. Just not the best looking unit, nor is it user-friendly. Get past its ugly shell and you've got a nice unit for the price.

NICE RADIO, IT IS JUST A LITTLE MORE THAN BASIC...T VERY FANCY, EASY INSTALL....T A VERY FLASHY HEADUNIT....GOOD BUY.

Sound is good except the BASS. My factory installed player was producing good BASS compared to this. But this has many other features which are not there in my OEM model.
