I currently have 4 of these speakers in a 2002 tahoe. Coupled with rockfords t8004 amp they are incredible. Th SQ on them is great ,and they love power which my amp can dish out. They can be heard clearly over 4 Premier 3004 spl subs powered by 2 rockford t1001 bd amps. Highly recommended.
Good sound. Only lacks due to size - but better than most in its size/class. Basket and VCM not the best (but not the worst either). Mounting was marginal in the hardware (probably better if mounted to MDF - just not metal pannel). Excellent value!
Awsome speaker just put two of them in my jeep they are loud. I plan on adding another set to the back and for the price you cant go wrong.
one of the best speakers i have ever owned. when i bought these speakers i have never heard of the Rockford speakers, i bought these because they looked good and sounded good in the store display. its been 1.5 years and they have performed better than i expected.
Overall, they do well. I have them in a Honda Accord (box). Only problem is mounting in the doors. The edges stick out and can cause problems.
Best 6 1/2 in. speaker, love Rockford Fosgate got it in a 03 Maxima in the rear doors a little troble mounting them but sound quality is great even without a amp but soon will get one and the Power 6 1/2" Components.
These speakers slam! I have them in the doors of a 92 Miata on 75 watts a piece RMS and they eat it up and ask for more. Keep in mind that Rockford underrates there products so you always get what you pay for!
