  • These subs are very loud. I have 2 of them hooked up to a 1200watt amp and let me tell you, they THUMP!! i had to MTX 15in subs and these blow these out of the water. These have great lows and mids. I would recomend these to anyone.

  • I have a pair of these... and man, I gotta tell u... I?m not a big 12 inch fan but I love these... To me... these are comparable to some equivalent JL Audio Models... and to me ... they beat JL Audio's subs in close to similar performance / Sound quality levels, But beat JL Audio's in Money Value. They sound great, drop low and move like crazy. They are not JL Audio subs, but can rival them in most categories. But smashing them in money value? If u want JL audio?s subs, but don?t wanna spend as much for them? go for pioneer subs, with a model that will handle you?re application.

  • I own 2 . Good for the price and gets pretty loud in a ported box ,sealed holds back the sub's potential . Must advise however that even though they get very loud they don't go as low frequency as other more the expensive or the better brands out there . But if on a small budget - get them as nothing will come close to the bang for buck !

  • I installed only one 12" Pioneer TSW306 with a Pioneer 800watt amplifier and it is more than enough bass to fill my full size sport utility. A friend of mine thought I had 2 15" subs the first time he heard it...he could not believe I only had one 12" sub. Comparable sound to JL audio subs I have heard in the past. Just make sure you have at least 350 RMS watts to push this monster.

  • Subs really quake. Doesn't take much to get these subs to bang. You can hear these subs from neighborhood sub-divisions away. Sound quality gets like a 2.4 out of 5 though.

  • I have 2 of these and was really happy at first but they blow extremely easy so be careful I would reccomend a 1200 watt amp or lower they are overrated

  • I have 4 of these i my extended cab silverdo.. And 2 audiobahn 800 watt mono amps powering them.. These subs can't take alot of power and they distort very easy.. Don't get me wrong they are a decent sub. But i would save up and buy some memphis subs.. WAAAYYY WWAAYY better sound quality and alot louder...

  • Ok I had 3 15"mtx 9500 that got stolen, so I decided to down grade to something a little smaller. I now have 2 in a ported box. They don’t beat my jeep up as bad as the 15"s but they sound just as good in side if not better. I love them.

  • PIONEER RULES!!!! I have a MA 15" and the one pioneer out pushes it, with the same watts going to it, and it costs half the price. owsome speaker I would rather get the pioneer premier 12 its better and costs the same price. But its all good

  • Just bought two 12" TS-W306C and running them off of a Pioneer GM-512D 500 Watt RMS Mono Amp. Have them in a sealed box and holy crap do these things pound!!! I could compare these subs in a sealed box, to most systems I have built using Bandpass or Ported boxes. They play loud as @#*$ and can take a beating. Make sure you use dynamat extreme inside the box on all the walls but the one the sub is on. I talked with Pioneer Support about what they recommend to use for damping, poly fill or matting, and that is what they said to use. First time I was driving with them cranked up, I thought my sunglasses had smears on them, didn't realize that the subs were loud enough to distort my vision. Going to borrow a SPL meter, these things will be up there. Have about as much kick as the C-4 I used in the Army. I can turn heads and smile at the same time, knowing I have only spent $325 for the amp and two subs, plus the box materials, and can blow away most systems five times more expensive. Did I say these Pioneer subs pound? It is no wonder why Pioneer has the world record for SPL on Subs!!!

  • I have two of these in a custom ported box with 350 rms watts going to to each with my gain 3/4 of the way up, i have gotten two tickets for it and countless complaints. When done right these subs will impress people im hitting like 140 to 150 db for the money you really cant beat it. Pioneer is really underrated trust me my stuff sounds so much better than some people who have kicker jl audio rockford fosgate . just try them your self and let them do the talking.
