had the 6x9 A6981r's before and these are better. more clean and crisp sound. awesome tweeters and performance
The BEST 6x9's. Don't be fooled by semi-expensive speakers-they are EASILY better than fosgates or kenwoods-they go along great with subs. But they produce good bass if you are not interested in subs

These 6x9s are amazing. I cant find anything wrong with them. They put out great sound without distorting expesially the outstanding treble you can hear over your pounding subs. The best part you cant pass these up for the price with the pioneer name to trust.
these are great with a pair of subs. without the subs also good but have some distortion when turned to high with alot of basss. cant beat the price
