Product Reviews For Panasonic CQ-C1121U

  • I'm generally not one to submit product reviews, but the Panasonic CQ-C1121U deserves high marks. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a value-priced car CD player - I don't think you'll go wrong by buying this one. I bought this unit and two 4" Alpine speakers to install in a Triumph TR6 (convertible) as a replacement for an old cassette player. I am really impressed by the sound it puts out, and it looks good too. It's also a lot simpler and easier to use than a lot of the other car CD players I looked at before buying this one. I didn't think the remote control would be that big a deal for me - a TR6 isn't that big inside - but it turned out to be a nice added feature because it works from a pretty fair distance outside the car (in the right spot). For anyone who owns a convertible, it's nice to be able to adjust the volume or change the station or track on the CD without having to walk all the way to the car and do it manually. All in all, this one's is a great buy for the price.
