Product Reviews For Kenwood Excelon KFC-XW1202DVC

  • This is the best sub kenwood has ever made, it has great sound quality and good power handling I have just one of these on a kenwood excelon 1200watt 2ch amp and it hits hard and deep in a 1.10cu sealed box and for the price it's really worth it, one is all you need trust me

  • I have 2 12 Kenwood Excelon both in seperate sealed boxes. Both running on a mono amp for now until I get another mono also by kenwood excelon. These hit hard for now and even harder once both are on seperate mono amps. Feed them the power they need and they are great.

  • These are some great subs for the buck. I had one in a 96 Jetta and it thumped it right nice. Im now getting ready to put two In and see how it goes. If you don’t want to drop a fat stack get these and you be content. p.s. I had my first one in a ban pass box and it started blowing it apart had to put a few extra screws in it.

  • This sub is very nice. I got one of these after my Kenwood KFC-W3005 Model's voice coil got distorted. Then that sub messed up my Kenwood KAC-7202 Amplifier. Though this was dissappointing cause I loved my system as was but this new sub hits harder and has that more powerful tone to it. Ive got a 600 watt Directed Amp hooked to it so its getting enough juice and it sounds great. I would recommend this sub to anyone who wants a nice hitting and nice sounding sub. One is all you need. If you get two, you probably wont even hear your lyrics. Good product.. top of the line

  • i bought these not long ago with a kenwood KAC X521 amp. little did i know the amp could only push 1 voice coil on each of the (they are 2 a peice). nevertheless, they still pound harder than any of my friends. i am getting the KAC-X851 1600 watt 1 ohm stable mono amp, which can push all i got... I cannot wait to hear

  • i got a good deal on this sub from a local audio shop..was hooked up to my memphis audio pr1.1000 amp. i blew the sub in about a week. i strongly dont reccomend getting this sub if your doing anymore than 300 watts rms...the subs are a good buy though if you are running a small set up. i just had two much power being put into it (600 watts rms at 2 ohms)

  • Hey I agree these are the best subs that I have ever owned. I had them in an 06 Dodge Stratus with a 1000w Kenwood amp and they can thump. I am putting them in an 02 Mustang as soon as I can find a box. I would by them again if they ever blew

  • i picked up one of these for $60 and let me tell you it was the best $60 iv ever spent i have it in a 2cubic foot slot ported box tuned to 32hz and on a 600 watt mono kenwood amp. i have it set up in my 92 ford ranger and literally it blows the doors out a half inch every time it beats. if you stand in the door your sweater blows back every time it beats. i love it i would totally buy this subwoofer again and again
