I am not a big car stereo buff. I wanted a good stereo with a Aux in Line that I could hook up my mp3 player to. It sounds great with no amp or sub woofer with just the factory speakers. The buttons are kind of small, but easy to use. The BTM feature is nice. You can dimm the display that is nice too, it's bright at night in a truck dash. This product is a great middle of the road stereo for folks with MP3 players. You can purchase a male/male aux jack at any Radio Shack for $6.
I wanted a Good Middle of the road stereo that has a AUX input for my Nokia 6682 phone that has a MP3 Player on it, Playing MP3's off my phone sounds great! And this also lets all my calls route threw the stereo speakers since I modified my Nokia stereo headset into a male jack that plugs into this stereo :) This setup rocks!
I wanted to play mp3 cd's and plug in my mp3 player with an easy front panel socket. This unit does that and more. It sounds better than my factory cd player, doesn't skip on bumps, has a nice display, the volume control has many other uses (setups, eq, etc). It supports all the mp3 text fields to show track and album (a folder) info. YOu can repeat, shufle, by all or album etc. Elegant and simple to use. Has a remote I haven't tried, and the face detaches easily. Has an option to beep 3 times if you turn of power w/o shutting it off (to remind you to disconnect the face for theft safety).
this cd player is the most cleanest player iv ever had. i am a pioneer fan and didnt really like sony but this headunit is the bomb it has so many feats. for such a cheaply priced headunit. i especially like how you can tune the hi's,mid's,and, low's all the way you like them. + the sub level on max really makes my sub bang hard.the headunit itself powers my pioneer 6*8's with good power! i bought mines at wally martinez cheap price!
