I just bought two and am running them in a ported box with 200 watts apeace. it makes car alarms go off when i ride by.
I bought 1 sub to go in the back of my GMC Sonoma ext cab and this sub throws down more than any big name sub out there I set off alarms with one sub. definitely money well spent.
killer speakers for the money i've got two in a sealed box in a honda accord powered by a no name 640 watt amp and junk stereo and they still pound.
I got one of these in my cadillac with a 1000 watt Crunch amp putting 250 watts RMS in this sub and man it pounds. You got deaf from the bass if you sit in my back seats. These subs are definentaly well worth the money, wasnt to pleased with customer service and shipping though.
ok, all i can say is WOW. i bought one of these not expecting much,i bought it to go in a thin box with a cv 400watt dual 4 ohm sub,but because the box(homemade) was faulty,i canned the idea,i had a very small truck box form my cv.like less than a cubic foot of airspace,i had to pull the cover off the magnets to make it fit but well worthit,so loud it rattles the seatbelt bracket loose and makes all 3 mirrors unusable,i have a jvc head unit and a 500 watt @ 4 ohm cruch amp. Im running it @ 4 ohms and it just beats my single cab s10 to bitsbeggs for more power,so much so that i had to remove the backplate of my amp so it wouldnt overheat and kick the portection lights, deffinitly but again.so worth it its rediculious.
I love the subwoofer I have four in a Kia sportage an they hit hard I'm only running them at 500 rms each so it a lil low but they still hit hard as hell if u want something nice an good for the money get them bc u would love.. Before I had a 15 Cvx an the four 10 get up to it so get them if u looking for something under 100$
Not bad at all i have four of these in a buick century wagon u can hear me coming up the block and for the price you cant beat em and dont forget there only 10s so u cant push em like there 12s or 15s
