Product Reviews For Crunch GP10D2

  • I have had two of these for about a week and all I can say is WOW!! I have a Pzi-1500.1 amp running these and they are wired at .5ohm on the amp. I have no idea what power this amp is pushing to these subs but I do know it is a LOT. They are taking all the power and sounding good without issues. Very good sound and quality at a great price!

  • I purchased this speaker and broke it in for two weeks. After that EVERYONE was surprised to see that all they were hearing was only one ten. I had it in a approximately 1^3 vented box. However I had 1200 watts RMS @1 ohm running through it. It pounded. The speaker didn't like the fact that I had more than doubled its rec. power rating. The Hifonics amp (1200 watt RMS @1 ohm brutus mono block) I had on it tore that speaker apart but the duo certainly moved some serious air. If you were to run its rec. 500 watts RMS, you will certainly like what you will hear and will last much much longer than mine. I know I abused it, it took the power ok~ishly, considering, but you can do that to any speaker. Would certainly buy again. I should have believed my amp ratings, and had gotten two of these, only in the 2ohm dvc so I could run them at one ohm. I could still have been pounding, and they would have been much louder. I rec. a sealed enclosure no more than 1^3 foot to each speaker. with about 1200RMS going to them. Given how loud this ten incher is, I wonder how the 15 sounds..... I hope this was helpful.

  • I just purchased 1 of these along with a ported ground shaker single enclosure and all i can say is wow...pushing it with an old visonik v5011 1000watt mono amp witch seems to be a perfect combo , but the sub isn't even broke in yet. I cant believe that it sounds almost as good as my 2 12" audiobahns that i had in a virtual technologies box...The lighting effect could have been a little better , the way the picture shows is not what you get its actually a set of about 8 leds in a circle in the middle of the cone but its still pretty bright and cool. For the price and sound quality you cant beat it.
