This is a very high quality 4 channel amp...pretty much well over what one would normally need to power even high-end after market speakers. I have this hooked up to my Infinity Reference 5 x 7's and they are WAY more crisp than they were on just my CD deck. The low pass filter works great to remove bass that's out of the reach of my door speakers, and I'm guessing that the high pass would work good too if i had to use it. My amp came with the Kicker certificate that said the max power was 760watts instead of the advertised 650watts it was rated, so you get more bang than you pay for. I highly recommend this product for music lovers.
Great amp. I am running my whole system with this 2 6"x8" MB Quart components,6.5" MB Quart coaxials and a RF P2 12"....This amp has more than enough power for that.
Over heats, had to ad fans to help with the problems. I have 3 kicker amps in my boat and they all have the same problem. Keep looking if you like your music loud and don't want to deal with the cut off when they get hot.
