I just bought this amp about a week ago and i have it pushing two Solo-Baric L7 12" and it sounds great. Of couse i have a ported box which helps, but I really like this amp. It has a lot of power. Only complaint is that it is a little pricey. Oh and make sure you get a capacitor so you dont have your headlights flickering.
I bought one of these amps about 3 months ago and i love this amp. I have blown many subs on it and regret it cause it cost alot to replace. I had 2 12" rockford T1's and i blew those, had two 12" planet audio big bangs, blew those, had 3 rockford 12 old school punch hx2's, blew those, but no i have two 12" kicker cvx's and they sound good, smell a lil but sound supurb, its a must buy if you like it loud and low, yeaaaa....
ive always been a big fan of kicker,but just recently bought to 12"L7shas been hard finding somthing to push them to the max. I had a 1200.1 kicker and it made my rear view mirror fall off....twice,but was still not moving my L7s to the max.The 1500.1 seems to suit them perfectaly.The 1500.1 to me is well worth the money,and is also the best amp ive ever owned.
Got the amp for christmas and the next day I hooked it up to 2 06S12L7's in a ported box and it sounded great. The bass is so deep and crisp. When I went and showed a couple of friends they said they thought I had 4 15's. L7's are no joke. Kicker forever.
Got this amp installed with 2 12 inch l5 solobarics, box ported to kicker standards.......bottom line is BASSSSSSS, I have this in my integra, and honestly it's soo far beyond overkill it's not even funny lol. Imagine embarrassing big body cars, with multiple 15's all while sitting in a lil import. If you like it loud, then go kicker, this amp is worth the money, maybe even the msrp, I've never heard of one shipping from kicker not making at least 1700 watts, they are way underrated .
I have this amp hooked up to 2 - Kicker CompVX 12's in a ported box. Two words: THEY POUND! I have the Gain turned half way up and the bass boost at like 1/4... If I turned it up any more I would get too much power for my car to handle and it would sound muddy. I don't blame this on the amp or subs, just my low end power setup... In other words, upgrade your power...get a cap or an extra battery if you have this amp. Oh, and another good thing about this amp is that it never gets too hot...and i never run the air conditioner. My only complaint: It is pricy...but WELL worth it..up and get one to impress your friends
Just got this amp and 3 kicker SB L7 10"s 2ohm pounding in a single cab truck this amp has more power to spare its AWSOME i would by this amp again if i had to get a second amp. But beware it loves power so make sure ur can keep ur volts at 12 or 14..
i just bought this amp from online carstereo and two Kicker CVX 12's, and man does it pound. fast delivery, perfect condition. this amp is close to $1000.00 at any other store or site.
I have this amp pushing 2 Kicker cvx 12's (2ohm load) in a slot ported box; in my 1999 Tahoe and it bangs. Kicker sets the bar for high end systems five stars to Kicker audio. I plan on getting another one of these amps and two more Kicker cvx 12's.
This amp is an animal!! I have it hooked up to two cvx 12 and man o man they hurt the ears. Everyone who gets in my car wants out at the next block. Gain is about half with bass boost low and it still makes the whole car quiver. Useless if you want to see out your rear view and watch out for the police with this set up. I got the beasts in a 05 stratus in a huge ported box with the seats let down if your trying to light a cig or something forget it there is so much air flowing it tickles your ears and moves your hair. Outright this amp is the powerto LIVIN LOUD..
You can hear me coming from @ least 1/2 a mile. This amp is a beast! I got it on 2 CVX's in a custom ported box in a Monte Carlo...World War III in my trunk.........!!!
got this amp yesterday and i wear earplugs with my 2 s127's running two ohms and ooohh mmmyyy gggooodd. thunder thunder thunder. already pushed my windsheild out to where i can touch the roof...lol...wasnt so funny yesterday though so i put them in my tahoe with a huge ported box and no doubt im pissing alot of people off at red lights..lol.. kicker sets the bar for any amp. just simply cannot beat the raw power and the great quality of sound that kicker produces..all in my tahoe is kicker all door speaks subs amp box..and im more than impressed my jaw dropped.. Im make all my buddies systems turn in to little girl systems.
