I didn't buy my MM2000.1 from here. I called Autotek and got my nearest local store, who also turned out to be a distributor, and internet provider. I paid more, around $672, SO THE DEAL HERE IS GREAT!, a retailer in the next town from me quoted me $999 around the time i bought mine. This amp is awesome!! I use it to push 2 10"Kicker L7 subs (600-1200 watt sub),and this amp works them really hard, i use no EQ, no bass Boost, and a low setting on the gain, if i were to try to properly set the gain higher the subs would be pushed too hard, So i reccommend this amp to push at the smallest 12" TRUE 1500 watt SUBS or larger. I have been into car audio for 19 years and have had many sound systems with all the major brands, Autotek is still what it used to be, A Major contender with the likes of Rockford, Kicker, ETC.
I've always loved autotek amps .true 1ohm stable dosent even get warm! I think that any autotek amp will get the job done and then some. Once u go autotek u won't want any thing else. I still have my old sx2300 I will never get rid of it at any price the same gose for this one .way better than rockford, kicker, ect and price wise better than jl audio . Autotek has been out for years for those who don't know . Autotek for ever!!!!!!!!
EXCELLENT AMP. CLASSIC MEAN MACHINE BASS . I USED TO HAVE THE 333MODEL THIS IS THE RE-BIRTH. I PLAY THIS AMP ON TWO 15 IN. KICKER L7S.OH BY THE WAY IT POUNDS WITHOUT A CROSSOVER.
the first time i heard autotek was 10 or 12 years ago. the car had 3 autotek amps and 8 bostwick 12's. i thought the glass in the shop was going to bust 'cause you could see it flexing. the hairs on my arms tickled me. sound quality was great. that's when car audio was real! no video games. not 5 video screens. no crappy fiberglass boxes. just raw, mean, reach accross the seat and punch you in the mouth CAR AUDIO! that's what autotek offered then, and it's what they offer NOW!!!
I bought my amp from another site and this the best amp I ever had I have 2 15s in a caprice and It quakes the earth autotek is very under rated I choose autotek over any brand any day and be careful what you hook the MM 2000 up to because you can easily destroy some subs!!!
I bought this amp new from my buddy for about 350. I have to say this amp is a killer! super efficient and real power. I had this running to 15 l7's in a 6cuft box and that was pretty loud. then switched it up going to Fi BTl 12" fully loaded and that one 12" on this amp def. played louder then the kickers no doubt. Gotta love autotek! good stuff right here.
Given this amp as a gift just tryn it out.
