Removed the JL 10w1v2's and replaced them with these bad boys! Best speakers for my space (99 GMC extended cab)They dont go as low as the JL's did but can handle more power and sound just as clean. And for about half the price of other places.
the are the loudest and hardest sob's. an you just cant beat the price especially for this quality. i had them in my 2003 gmc sierra till i totaled it now im putting them in a jeep grand Cherokee and cant wait to hear them. and if u don't believe me about how bad they ate u should see the thousand and seventy nine dollar noise violation that they got me
Excellent product. I purchased 3 of these for my 1997 F150 ext. cab and have them firing down in a sealed enclosure. I've got the "old skool" Punch Power 800W and they hit pretty damn hard. They replaced a trio of 10" JL Audio W6 classic subs. They may not hit as hard/low, but pretty damn close. And all things considered, all three of these subs cost me $100 less than 1 JL. Thanks OCS. BTW, I pound these daily and haven't blown one yet. Yet. :o)
I got 2 of these in a sealed box with only a 1000 watt amp, they hit sooo hard and sound amazing. Get this shit!!!
I have one of these in a sealed box. It was the only regular sub that would fit in my 96 ranger, anything else would have had to be a shallow mount sub, and this is just the best. It hits so hard, I showed a friend of mine who was a car audio installer for 10+ years, and he was amazed at the excursion on it. It hits hard, it hits clean, and running it with an Alpine MRP M350, it fills the space of my truck very well. When I crank it up, it blurs my vision. Not too damn bad for a single 10". Has to be the best value sub on the market. Alpine all the way.
I have two of these in a custom built port tuned fiberglass box with a Zapco 750.2 amp powering them. These things bang. I've been told my system hits harder than 12" MTX's. I love these subs and I rock nothing but Alpine!
i have two of these in my single cab chevy and they are awesome. they have a little trouble reproducing lower notes but still not bad. i have them in .75 cubic ft sealed truck boxes i know thats part of the problem on lower notes. i have a jl 500x1 pushing them. they hit nice and clean from hip hop to metal. i love them would definately recomend them. the shipping was super fast from online car stereo if u want good clean bass without emptying your poocket get these you wont be dissapointed.
these are my first set of subs and they are great! i got 2 of them in a sealed truck box behind the seat of a 78 F-150 hooked to a 1000 wat crunch powerone amp and the bass is unbelievable rattles every mirror and everything loose thing in the truck great subs would recomend to anyone who is looking for a low cost clear sounding and hard hittin sub! ALPINE ALL THE WAY!
