Love the speaker got 2 of them and they bang. The lows arent so great but when any other bass hits its bangin. My back window flexs in the middle. I had a couple systems in my and i think this one is the loudest. 2 kicker L7s with the 1200.1 kicker amp and 2 hifonics atlas' with a 2000 watt spl amp. But the Pioneer speakers with the 1600 watt Hifonics brutus sounds real nice.
really good and loud i got these w/ a rockford fosgate t5002 and they are just as loud if not louder than my old L7's and they r way louder than my old cerwin vega VMAX subs.
bought these subs about 4 months ago. greatest purchase ever. i have 2 of these with a american bass class D 1500 watt amp and its rediculous. cant turn it up past 19. have gotten pulled over 6 times! buy these!!!
I have one in a bass probox runnin it with an Audiobahn A8000V monoblock at 800@2 ohms and it slams! It lacks in the higher range bass but overall that one that i have hit harder than any other pair that i'v bought.
Well, I auditioned one of these in my ride. It was loud, but not nearly as loud as my one L7 can go with nearly double the RMS power going to it. As a competitor, I've gotten 146.9db with my L7. Good price for a decent woofer. I wouldn't use the RMS rating. Pioneer is a GREAT company, but I would turn towards their head units/components/amps before their woofers.
Just installed one of these in my crew cab GMC in a small sealed box, hooked to a 1000W RMS MTX amp. The sound quality is great and it hits hard. I would definitely recommend this sub.

I had bought 2 of these thinking pioneer subs werent that good. I had installed 2 of them in my 96 LHS with a ported box hooked to a hifonics brutus 1600/w class D amp...my friends hate sitting in the back seat of my car because its hard to breath...after all the subwoofers I then went threw and blew out these are the best ones for the price
had this sub hook up to a premier 1.200 watt amp rms sound was ok . had sub in ther recommended box maximum. 1.6 cu ft turn it up loud filled my trunk up with smoke ether this amp is to powerfull or sub cant handle 200 watts over its rms range got the kicker sub ratted 750 rms handel all the power and sounds much better now i dont have to woory about my car catchin fire
i have these subs in my mitsubishi eclipse pounds hard. every one looks at me when im driving by. either smilings away. or given dirty looks. crazy subs. would recommended these subs to anyone.
I have two of these hooked up on a crunch 3000 watt amp, and let me tell you it bangs really hard, it moves all the panels of my 2007 chevy suburban. I also have a 1200 watt 4 channel amp powering 4 61/2 alpine 330 watt component spkrs.

i have 4 in a explorer and a 4000 watt premier amp, where i got it hooked up they said it hit top 3 hardest they hooked up. if i am parked it will bust out my back window. i have had a lot of subs but premier is the best for the money. so buy the pro's.

i put two 15 inch premier champion pros in a 2000 pontiac grand prix,with 2 soundstream 1000 watt amps,dual battery setup, and drove down the highway the first time and blew both of the back windows out of the doors. i loved it. my friends try to get stuff to beat me but never win. love em!!

I have a 1000 watt class D amp pushing this one sub and have hit 130.2db and it sounds amazing... my boy has 2 15's and u can hardly hear the difference...pioneer did a great job on this sub.. I highly recommened
I have 1 of these bad boys in my 2002 blazer hooked up to 1500 wat crunch ran at 1 ohm and this thing beats pretty good but i want more. So i guess it is time to buy another one and another crunch amp and then see where I stand.
This sub is a great bang for the buck. I had three of these in the trunk of a grand marquis. The hit really hard on the lower notes. They really come alive on the lower notes. They don't bang as good on higher notes. When the low bass hit these subs try to beat my car apart and almost suceeded. These subs can get really low. I've had other 12" subs since I had these and none of them got as low as these. These subs will out pound any other sub for this price. Be carefull with power because they cant take alot of it. Keep the wattage under the rms level. These subs can take a ass whoopin but they can't take an serious ass whoopin.
This sub is amazing. I have 2 in my 01 Alero with a Sounstorm 2000 watt amp and its hits the lows perfectly. The highs aren't that great but thats what your 6x9's are for. The guy at Best Buy that installed these for me said that these subs are the best he has ever worked with. The price for these is also great!!!!!!!!!
These subs are great, i Put them in my 01 voyager and they bang. my mirror is ready to fall off. i have thesubs wired at 1 ohm with a 4000 w pioneer amp and it is just amazing. Higher sounds aren't perfect but for the buck they are great and i need to install tweeters to compensate for the bass.
I had this subwoofer and it pounded pretty good but i would reccommend the premier ts-w3004spl if you can find it. Yeah, it is the older version of this subwoofer but it has the same specs, and i hit 143.7db on termlab with the ts-w3004spl and only 134.9db with this subwoofer on the same amp and on the same db meter. The older one is harder to find but in the end it will last longer hit harder and be a lot cheaper than this one.
I just recently bought one of these for my 2000 dodge dakota on I think 1500 watts rms, at least I think that's what my amp pushes out and I'm pretty amazed by this sub, it gets the lows really well.This is nicest I've had with all the subs that I experience.
