Amazing sound quality. Unbelievable thump for a single 10". I have this in the trunk of my 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R spec-V. It is powered by an MTX Thunder TC4002 amp, which is bridged. I have the gain only up 25%, no bass boost, and I have the sub setting on my head unit at -5 dB. This sub is amazing!!! You can hear it crystal clear in the car, it has loads of power. I only have 16 gauge speaker wire going into it, might sound louder with bigger wires. I highly recommend the awesome looking Kicker grills to protect your sub. I have owned a 12" L7 in a sealed box before, and honestly this 10" L5 is much better. It is better because it blends in well with after market speakers. It does not overwhelm you with bass like the 12L7. If you are a bass head and want to shake your neighbors windows at night, the 12L7 definitely pounds like two 12's. This 10L5 hits like a single 12" round sub. I think you will be amazed with this sub package. I give it 5 stars and a definite BUY!!!
