  • I have this in the back of my '94 Volvo 850 Sedan pushing 2 Kenwood 10's at 500 wrms. This thing can move my subs. I haven't had any problems, install and wiring was pretty simple. Overall great amp!

  • i have this amp pushing 2-kicker-comp-12's. the adjustment both in and out is the key. once you have that part figured out,it won,t overheat as bad and cut off. it will shake the fillings out your teeth in my tahoo.

  • I have this amp in my 96 Lexus pushing a single Kicker Comp VR 12 in a tuned box and it pounds hard. Taking the time to tune the rollover frequencies and levels really pays off. Great amp for the money!!

  • I currently have this amp running one kenwood 12 450 rms sub in the trunk of my car. Right now im only getting 300 rms outta this amp cuz my sub is only a 4 ohm, but once i get another then ill be getting 250 rms in each sub vs. 300 in one. it bumps like crazy. but i have it hooked up to some cheap wires, plan to get 4 gage power cables, also 8 gage speaker wires then it will really pound.

  • I (had) this running 2 Sony Xplod's (the black 1300's) and I had a HUGE problem with it overheating. I stripped it down, opened it up and mounted it in the slot port in my box. It never went into protection again, that air really cooled it down. Very nice besides that, also, their is NO cooling fan inside, I read somewhere that said it had one built in. For the money, its nice.. Just have the available means to cool it.

  • I bought this amp and it puts in work a had it pushing 2 12" Phonics Digital subs. I was shuting down a few people around my way. Great amp for the price. I have since gotten rid of the entire system to ugrade to the KAC-9104 with my JVC headunit.

  • I have this hooked up to 2 Excelon 10in subs and they sound great! The gain on the amp is @ 12dB but I keep it @ 0 on the my CD player, sometimes I have to put it in the negative #'s, and the car shake, rattles and rolls! No problems with overheating, shutting off or distorted sounds (that I can notice). Headlights are dimming a little so I would suggest you skip the CAPACITOR and invest in a HO alternator.

  • Got this pushin two 12 inch kenwoods wired at 2 ohms. Not a bad amp for the price but i have issues with it heating up and going into protect after a few minutes of pounding. Pushes the subs just fine and its clean but im sure there are better amps out there for the price.

  • This amp is a really good buy. $ 128.95 online here is a great deal for this amp. I bought mine from a an audio store nearby, and this amp ran me $198.96, although I got a 3 year warranty with it. But this amp is enough to power my two 12 inch MTX TC5500 series subs with a ported box. If you are looking to spend $200 or lower on an amp, get this one. You wont be disappointed.

  • I bought this for a pioneer TS-w2502D4 which can handle 800 watts rms, and this amp pushes it great.. I will agree the amp does heat up under heavy use. I have it on the back of my rear seat in my 03 tiburon, it is behind the sub box so i flip the seat down when in use and that helps with the heat. just have a lot of air space for this amp.. its worth the money though.

  • bought one of these from a dood at a swap meet brand new. for almost the same price as here. got it runnin at 2 ohms into a single kicker cvr 12 in a ported box. beats pretty good although a little power hungry ( i need a cap for it) does ok with screwed and chopped music. little muddy on some of the lows but still pretty good gonna get another to power the 2 10s i am gonna add to the 12

  • You get what you pay for it's a good starter amp or for a nice bass kick on 10"s I wouldn't go any higher then that with this amp. and anything over 400 watts I would have a Cap on I run Comp Equipment and when i needed a quick amp to pwr just my mid's it worked flawless.
