I've had these subwoofers in my 98 Jeep since 2008. Need I say anything else except these speakers were the bomb! Even though they aren't the Type R's or X's, I wouldnt change getting these 5 years ago. I am getting ready to change the speakers out I just wanted to say that these speakers are well worth the money. You actually get your money's worth and some!

i have 2 of these hooked up in the back of my blazer they sound nice and crisp and they pound had best buy for the buck thanks onlinecarstereo

i bought these subs 2 12 inch type e alpines at a garage sale with a rockford fosgate p5002 amp 2006 ( year it came out) FOR 80.00 BUCKS i need a capacitor and sum other stuff cant wait to hook it up

Wow is all i can say about these subs. I have a single cab s-10 with two of these ran off a 2000 watt spl amp withbthe gain only turned about halfway up. These are the best subs out there for their price. They make everything in my truck shake and have knocked my rearview off twice.

I just bought 2 of these and put them in my toyota 4 runner. Damn these things make my ears hurt when they are only turned up half way!!! they rock and they will turn sodas in the cup holders flat!! great buy for the money

I have 2 of these wired to 1200 watts in my ford ranger and THEY POUND. This is an outstanding deal for the price you pay. Alpine All The Way!!!!!

this is a great sub. i have one of these wired to a dual 460 watt amp. this sub has a very tight quality sound. it hits very hard as well. i wished i had bought the type S only because my amp is 300 watt rms, so i had to turn it down a bit so i wouldnt over power it. if you arent looking to spend a lot on a system or have a small amp this sub is perfect. probably the loudest/ best quality sub u will get for your money.

I have one of these with a 500 watt Sony Xplode amp in a very large box. Produces very deep bass just for one. Would definatly buy again.

I had 2 of these in my car on a 500w alpine amp wired at 2 ohms. and i was very pleased for a while. then one of em blew on me. so i bought a new one off onlinecarstereo. wired it back up the same. it sounded really good, but then it blew after not even having it a week. Not very pleased. Needless to say im done with alpine. Goin to Pioneer Premier.

I have one of these hooked up to a MTX 560W Amp and the sound is amazing. It rattles my back window and I have actually had someone ask me if i had a 18'' in my trunk. I would recommend to anyone.

I have 2 of these hooked up to a bazooka ela100.2 and they >SLAM. insane deal. they should go for about 150. i have them in the back of my dodge ram 2 door. i wouldnt recomend them for a trunk. Defineitly recomend for some hard hitting bass!!

I didn't buy my speaker off here but this is one of the best 12" woofers on the market. It hits like two and I only had one in a ported box. Great investment worth retail price. This is a steal.
