You pay for what you get. Does not put out near 300 watts. Upgraded to Soundstream.
This amp is great for a starting system. I had it on 2 Comp 12's and was very pleased. Mine was rated at 360w. Since then I've upgraded to 2 CVX 12's in dual ported box, and I'm pushing them with a kicker zx1500.1 thats rated at 1840w. You can't go wrong with Kicker!
I USE TO HAVE THIS AMP ON 2 10' MTX'S. SOUNDED PRETTY GOOD, BASS HIT PRETTY HARD FOR 300 WATTS AND CAME OUT PRETTY CLEAR.. NOW I GOT THE 2500.1 KICKER AMP, THATS A MONSTER. THANX OCS
Great amp for the price. Bought two of them to run two 12 inch Rockford's. Not a lot of features but good power for the price
i just bought this amp to go along with 2 12 Kicker CV's and for my first system its more than what i expected really happy and recommend this Amp with thoese subs
i just got it in the mail today, and had it hooked up within 20 minutes and WOW! the bass is so clean/clear and it hits sooo hard for 300 watts. Its rated at 346 watts.kicker is the only way to go if your looking for good clean hard hitting bass. Ive got 2 pioneer 600 watt tens(300 watts RMS),and this amp is a perfect match for these subs.for $139 and free shipping you cant go wrong. I would recommend this amp to anyone whos looking for good amp for a little dough.
great for starting out! good power for the size i would recomed it for some 10"s of smaller model kickers comp or mtx 4500
just got this amp today. i have a jl audio 10w3v3 and this this gets it. I had a crappy old kenwood 250w hooked up before to this speaker and didnt get any results. i thought the speaker was junk. this amp made all the differnce. for the money, get it
I have this amp in my car as my only Sub amp. It was clamp tested at 147 watts. With that 147w and 2-12" Kicker Comps I have put up a peak SPL score of 141.3db. Minimum was 136.1 at very first competition. 10 for 10 1st place ain't bad in my book. GREAT BANG FOR THE BUCK!
