  • well I left a review a few months ago and since then the JBL cap has rattled off and the voice coil has ripped away from the cone. I have fixed it twice with gorilla glue and now I am giving up on it. It vibrates and rattles so much it is unusable, it was very loud when it worked though

  • with the big surrounds and paper cone i didnt expect much out of this sub but when i heard my friends sytem with two of these i was impressed these subs will bump hard but do yourself a favor and get something made by kicker because the sound quality is much better and it will bump much harder

  • Best 12s i will ever own amazing sound quality, very loud. You can give these thing 1600 watts no problem in a big enough box. I ran one for a while (on 600wrms) with a passive radiator and it killed the lows.

  • I have one of these in my 95 civic. I host car audio competitions and put it on the meter in my ported box with a power acoustik 1800 watt amp at 1 ohm. On a term lab meter at the dash i hit a 140.2 decibals. Pretty darn good for a single 12". Very impressed.

  • Ran 4 12s of these in a half wall in my 2007 Chevy Silverado. They were pushed by 2 JL Audio 1000/1v2 Slasher amps. Insane Loud!

  • People don't realize that you can run subs at low wattage you just have to find the right ohm load for the speakers I have these running on a 600 watt legacy high output 2 ohm stable amp and my shit hits harder than most 1000 watt and 1500 watt amps. I've proved it at competitions and it always changes people's outlook on amps every time I show them. It helps going to school for audio technology. It costs less in the end.
