I have a CVX running off a Hifonics BXI 1206d wired to 1 ohm in this box and it pounds! hits all kinds of notes. have always had good luck with ground shaker boxes. may be getting another setup like this for the same truck if my windows can handle it lol

Very easy to install. took about 15 minutes, Basically because of the use of a power tool. Wired easily and was very sturdy in the trunk. Doesnt roll around and easy to mount a amp to. Recoomend to every

Have this box with an Alpine Type-R being pushed by a Kicker ZX500.1, and it beats in my 09 Honda Accord sedan. Nice and heavy and gives off good sounds to compliment the premium sound system in the vehicle. A must buy for the price!!!

Ok, it was my bad of getting the wrong box. I was actually going for the bass slammer series but wasn't using my head and got groundshaker. It's a good box, heavy, well built and does what it says. Unfortunately, I believe the bass slammer does a better job.

it's a heavy box, and weighs more than the alpine type r i put in. but sounds amazing. construction is very nice, pics don't show it, but there is edging around the box which makes mounting with L-brackets nice.
