Hi I had the same problem and I was just about to send it back when I took it loose I found the antanna input barely touching but I plugged it all the way in and now its fine. But you need an amp for 6.9" because of the 250w power. My 5.8" works great.

this head looks and sound great but has the ability to change setting without warning but overall i highly recomment it

i have had to reset this player numerous time it gets stuck in one mode or the other currently it wont even go into cd mode grrr a big pain in the nutt ,,on the other hand it had incrediable sound clear and powerful
