ive got 2pair in a ski boat and let me tell u we punish these speakers and they dont budge they keep asking for more...they get wet no problem,hot no problem,sun all day long,no problem i bought a spare set just in case havent used them yet.....
I want to buy these 6X9's but for some reason this website says that they are only 40 Watts RMS. Every where else (the exact same product number and all) rates the speakers at 80 Watts RMS. I prefer pioneer. I've have a 3 and a 4way set of their 6X9's and want these buy not at 40 Watts RMS. Hope This is addressed.
Beast Speakers! I have a set of these in the back of my 98 Honda Civic hooked up to a kicker 4 channel amp that pushes 60 watts per channel RMS and they pound for just 6x9's they have a lot of bump! and the 4 tweeters hit crystal clear highs! Great Buy!
I'm putting 4 of these in my ride. Along with 4 of the 4-way 6.5's and 4 rockford fosgate P3 12" 2 1000 watt power series rockford mono amp for the subs and a rockford T600-4 for the mids and highs. Pioneer and Rockford. A match made in heaven.
Amazing speakers.. Happiest I've ever been with a pair of 6x9's. Running them off a cheaper amp pushing 75 watts and they pound all day long
4 of these in my rear deck, powered by a 2000 watt audiopipe 4-channel. Sounds amazing, my deck will go to 40 i believe but turning it up past 25 makes you think your ears are going to bleed.
