I own a car audio shop in edgewood maryland and I put 2 of these subs in a 3cb net slot ported box with a autotek at 1500 2 ch and the sound pretty good. But then I put them on a Kicker zx400.1 and they started to smeel like they where ready to burn up. So for the money you can get something way better like American bass or Fusion or maybe planet audio.
I have 2 of these 12s in a sealed box in the back of my eclipse and they beat pretty hard. I have em hooked up to a 400 watt autotek amp and it beats hard enough it can get unconfortable. But i love it, get buy would not recommend if you wanna push 140db but for just a good system they're great.
I have two 12s sealed in a truck box. they dont have quite the space they need in my box and regular cab truck, but with my 1000 watt 2 channel amp they r everything i need and more. I was suprised with their potential!
i had two of these in my 96 jimmy and they were great. they hit super hard had some trouble with the lows and they get hot quick but if your good to them they are great subs
The autotek 12 inch street machines impressed the hell outta me. I bought two of them at the flea market around were i live brand new, for around 48$ at the time. They were my first subs i ever owned , and hooked up to my 1000 watt peak autotek street machine amp hell it met my expections and so much more. For the money its an all around great sub.
i just installed one in a sealed box for my buddy and dang was i impressed he boaght it on sale for 26 bucks. overall it seems like it was built cheap but wat do you expect for that price
I ran a car audio shop back a few years ago, we had this as one of our budget subs. We dealt with so many of the high end subs and brands but this was one of our biggest sellers. A good ported box a crunch zone 1100 watt amp. I could could sell these all day as a package for $350.00 fully installed. It sucks they took them off the lineup without a replacement.
