I have these subs right now but not in my car. These subs are a pretty good buy for the money. I had these hooked up to a 800 watt sony amp. They kick pretty hard but if your going to buy them you should probably get a 1200 watt amp because for these to really kick your going to need them at full force.
had these pushed bya a autoteck 1000 watt amp with my jl w6v2s and theyd rattle my brain forreal. with a nice amp, if you have the room for a ported box i dont think you could do any better for 185 bucks
I had a single 15 inch sub before this one in a custom made HUGE box for it, powered by boss chaos 1100 watt. It hit the lows very well and shook the car pretty good. OH MY GOODNESS. these subs don't hit 10 hertz like my 15 but they are LOUD. I love em. It shipped in two days Very surprised. Love these speakers
This box/speaker combo slams! I am an old bass head, used to run dual 12"s in a bandpass. I wanted something clean deep and not carrying out of my ride (had enough tickets with the bandpass). Inside the cab of my burb it clean deep and powerful bass. I matched this set up to an 800w Boss Riot series. The 2 ohm match (amp to speaker) is perfect. Anything more and you would suck your own heart out. Finally, the size of the box couldn't be more perfect. I was concerned about storage space in the back but this is a lot smaller than I imagined. Again, better than expected by all means. Just get it and match it up to a good amp and you can make these do what you want.
This product was cheap and very efficient! It is not a competition system, but this thing hits hard and pounds harder than any of my friends systems. I paired it with a 1000 watt ken wood amp which I purchased for $136. It uses up every ounce of power and converts it to heart pounding bass!
Don't have any complaints, best buy for the money.
