I had a rockford fosgate punch 201s (old school) powering 2 10" kendoods, and i felt i needed more thump, I could also hear some clipping. this amp blew my speakers, so i bought new speakers, I made these dual stacked 60oz (120oz magnet total) 10's smell a bit, but didn't fry them. this is on a quarter gain. the sound quality of this amp is stellar in comparison to the other 6 sub amps i have owned. the frequency goes all the way up to 500-600hz unlike what the documentation says, this is excellent for synth replication!! This amp does get hot if not actively cooled while being pushed hard 700-900W Rms @1Ohm. A 240mm computer case fan cooled it to a warm state under the same conditions. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a ~800W RMS amp it probably could do 1400W but I would would thermal epoxy some cheap CPU heatsinks on the power mosfet sides, or melt the solder. for $125 you CAN NOT GO WRONG!
