This is not the "best amp" of all time but it is the best amp for the $. In this price point, you get the quality of a name brand amp, some fundamental features, and good THD and RMS ratings compared to other brands. I paired this amp up with 1 Rockford R2D2-10; it compliments each other well since the RMS specs line up. Application: Ford F250 paired with 4 JBL full range powered by Pioneer headunit. Sound frequencies are well balanced, perfect for someone who wants a good representation of range while listening to their music. Pros: LPF, 25amp fuse, low current draw (wont drain the battery quick), Needs 10 gauge wires, small size. Cons: No adjustable LPF (set at 80 hz), No HPF, bridgeable no lower to 4 Ohms (must purchase specific subs). Conclusion: I am happy with the puchase and there is no buyers guilt. Do your research before purchasing, know what you want, and configure your ohm settings before buying. If you are wanting heart beat miss bass this is not for you unless you pair up each sub with this amp.
I use this amp to power the tweeters from my Pioneer Tsd 1720c components. The only thing I don't like about this amp is the low pass only crossover. Other than that I find it to be a great amp for all around purpose if you have an outboard crossover.
