Return for Warranty
Most items have a one year warranty. Details on product warranty can be found under each product under warranty.
Some returns services are not refundable such as shipping fee, custom and duties for Canadian orders. Installations services are not eligible for refund.
Returns for refund or exchange we will issue OCS credit or refund applied back onto original form of payment. Depending on your bank it can take up to 3 – 5 business days to appear back into your account.

This warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, broken, altered or tampered with.Notes:
Onlinecarstereo.com defines speaker/subwoofer abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates.
Submitting items for warranty in any of the above conditions will result in refusal of any associated warranty requests and return shipping will be charged to have item returned at customer's expense.
Onlinecarstereo.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and re-installation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
Limited 90 Day Refurbished and Open Box Warranty Policy. OnlineCarStereo.com will honor a 90-Day limited warranty on products labeled as "Refurbished", "Factory Reconditioned", or "Open Box". These products must be returned to OnlineCarStereo.com and not their original manufacturer. All warranty claims must be made through OnlineCarStereo.com customer service by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 1-310-526-8635.
Dead on Arrival (DoA) Claims. Claims must be submitted within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Professional installation receipt documentation is required for all dead on arrival claims. Some manufacturer's have no replacement warranty and can only be sent for repair.
Return Shipping. The cost to return merchandise to OnlineCarStereo.com for refunds, exchanges, warranties, and DOA products is the sole responsibility of the customer. This cost can be equated to the cost of driving back to any local retail store to complete a return. OnlineCarStereo.com is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with these returns.
Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been damaged/lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed, and approved by the carrier and OnlineCarStereo.com has received final confirmation of payment.
